A SUPER ENTRY OF 28 BUT SADLY 14 ABSENT ON THE DAY, DOGS AND EXHIBITORS WERE AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT AND COULD TEACH OTHER BREEDS A THING OR TWO ABOUT SPORTSMANSHIP! I WAS DELIGHTED WITH MY WINNERS AND PROUD AS PUNCH TO SEE MY BOB TAKE BIS ON THE REFEREES DECISION WHILST MYSELF AND THE ROUGH COLLIE JUDGE AGREED FOR MY BV TO TAKE BVIS
VD (2) 1 Kinsey and Martins Sturtmoors Khaos of Kaswyn 7.5 yr sable handsome boy with a wedge head, oblique eye and correctly set ears, good length of neck and sufficient forechest although he could be a bit deeper in chest, tidy moderately boned with flexible pasterns, neat elbows anda good spring of rib, truer in front and stronger in the rear than 2 Dentons 10 yr tri Ryecombe Jaffa Cake who was pleasing in outline with a good depth of chest and shapely quarters, he just crosses over in front when coming to
P (1) BPIB Wensleys Constella Hazy Cosmic Jive a delightfully enthusiastic pup with a super temperament, head is developing nicely and he has a sweet but keen expression, pleasing body proportions and nicely angulated quarters, just a little loose in elbow but lots to like about him JD (2,1abs) 1 Constella Hazy Cosmic Jive
PG (2,1 abs) 1 Rivas Manordeifi Rock On a 19mth sable, rather on the tall side but with a really handsome head and intelligent alert expression, good length of neck and lay of shoulder, I would like a little more spring of rib and he could carry just a touch more weight, but he is very sound and covers the ground with good strides
O (4,2abs) 1 and BD, BOB and BIS Beeneys Coneypark Black Sabbath a handsome tri boy, all male and very well grown, I wouldn’t like any more of him but he is a dignified well proportioned dog with a clean and balanced outline, strong wedge head with good underjaw and well placed oblique eyes and a concentrated but intelligent expression, neck of fair length and is well angled fore and aft with a level topline and a good depth of chest, muscular hindquarters andwell let down hocks, a powerful mover yet light on his feet covering the ground freely and easily, delighted to see him take BIS today which was thoroughly deserved. 2 and RBD Martin and Howards Shandlmain Blu Chief, this 3 yr merle has come a long way since I judged him as a gangly puppy and he looked really well here today. Although he is deep enough in chest, from the front he is still a touch narrow , however in profile he is well proportioned with good bone, good wedge head and eye and a strong neck of reasonable length, well ribbed with a firm topline, a sound and easy mover maintaining his topline.
VB (6,3abs) 1 and RBB, BVB, BV and BVIS Beeneys Rycombe Jolly Jonquil At Coneypark A beautiful sable who pleased me in so many respects, good for size and so well put together, lovely head and expression with a reachy neck and well laid shoulders, firm in topline with slight rise over the loin and a good bend of stifle, her flowing and easy movement won her this class 2 CH Kevranna Theras Enate Echo an elegant and feminine 10 yr sable, pleasing in outline with a feminine wedge head and well set ears, arched neck into a good lay of shoulder, she is a touch longer cast than the winner and not quite as firm in topline but moved out soundly with action that belied her age 3 Sweeneys Plaisance Blue Belle

PGB 6,4abs) 1 Dentons Brackenhaye Heart and Soul a 2yr pretty feminine tri girl, she could have a little more bone but I liked her outline and she has a super front with straight forelegs , well padded feet, tight toes and close fitting elbows elbows, shapely quarters with a good bend of stifle, carries a level topline both stacked and on the move 2 Beeneys Brackenhaye When We Dance a pretty 5 yr tri girl with an appealing expression and super dark eye, deep in chest with a strong firm topline, ever so slightly overangulated in the rear and not quite the strength behind of the winner
OB (4,1abs) 1 and BB, RBOB Sweeny and Lustys Blamorder Do Quite Nicely, a 3 yr blue merle who is absolutely stunning in outline, small but perfectly formed and yes I would like a little more of her but I loved everything else about her, super feminine head with and lovely almond eye and excellent ears, fair length of neck slightly arched into a good lay of shoulder, tidy elbows , deep chest with well sprung ribs and shapely well muscled quarters, a sound and free mover and presented in top condition. I could have taken her home with me ! 2 Beeneys Coneypark Golden Brown sable girl who is slightly heavier in build that the winner but nevertheless is fairly well put together with an attractive head and oblique eye holding an alert and intelligent, well developed in chest and forechest with a firm topline and slight rise over the loin, in muscled condition and moving with a good length of stride but she does tend to move wide in the rear. 3 Carpenters Plaisance Eva La Belle.
