I would like to thank the officers and committee for inviting me to judge male rough collies at their championship show. Thanks to my steward Sheila Beeney for her smooth running of the ring and finally thank you to the exhibitors for your entries.
VD 1st, Scamp’s Aaronwell Ayebeecee at Marketdeane. 10yr Tri, Enjoying his day out. His head is nicely moulded with good under jaw, nice eye a tad lazy with his ears, good bone moved steadily.
MPD 1st, Scott’s. Lynmead Designed With Love For Chantique 8m. SW Who appealed for his balanced outline, head coming on nicely although I would prefer slightly more moulding, nice dark eye, neat ears, good bone & tight feet moved ok.
2nd Lockyer, Gataj Strike it Lucky 8m. Nice looking S/W puppy who appealed for his make & shape he has a nice clean head good under jaw nice dark eye with nicely tipped ears giving him a sweet expression. Well off for bone good length of back moved well.
PD,(2). 1st, Lockyer, Gataj Time Will Tell 8.5m. Nice sized S/W with a lovely clean head small ears to be picky I would prefer a slightly bigger eye. He has good bone nice tight feet, good reach of neck into good length of back nice tail set and moved very well. Delighted to see him go BPIS.
2nd, Scott’s Chantique The Witcher 10.5m S/W. His head is nicely balanced with nice dark eye & correctly placed ears well off for bone nice tight feet, good length of back. Moved ok but not quite as good as one.
JD, 7 (4A). 1st, Hawkins-Foy. Beldones Ivory Star 18m S/W. Well what can I say that hasn’t already been said about this beautiful male. He fits my interpretation of the standard perfectly. His head is nicely balanced with a lovely dark eye & good ear set all combined together gives him an exquisite expression. He is well off for bone with tight feet, good length to height ratio nice angles for & aft he moved round the ring with ease pleased to award him DCC. Thank you for bringing him under me.
2nd, Tilley Gemheid Mayd Of Amber For Detillio S/W. Well up for size & of different type to one. His head is clean with good under jaw for me his eye is a tad full, reluctant to use his ears today. Nice length of neck into good angles for & aft. Carrying a bit to much weight with affected his movement.
3rd, Bolts Gataj Bonne Eddie.
SYD, 1, 1st Primmer. Winner of Dreams Angel Silvestre at Colcanis (IMP BEL) JCH. Tri of 22m. Appeals for his overall shape his head is clean through, lovely dark eye & neat ears, good under jaw, his nails are long which splayed his feet moved ok if a tad close going away
MD, 1, 1st, Scott’s. Lynmead Written in the Stars for Chantique. S/W of 8m. Presents a nice picture. Good bone tight feet to be picky I would prefer more length of back having said that his head is nicely balanced with a dark eye & neat ears moved ok.

GD, 2. 1st Brooker. Starlenga All About Magic for Corisan JW. Nice head clean through, lovely dark eye & neat ears which he uses good under jaw, fabulous bone & tight feet. To be picky I would prefer a bit more of him. Moved well in good condition. Considered him for the RCC .
2nd. Bolt & Cronk. Tri. Nice clean head reluctant to use his ears. Good bone & tight feet moved ok.
PG, 2 (1a) 1st, Bolt & Hollywood. Amalie a Chance to Shine. S/W . His head is nicely moulded & he has a nice eye reluctant to use his ears as his handler kept placing his feet. I would prefer more reach of neck & length of back moved wide at the rear.
MLD,3,(1a). 1st, Waterhouse. Lynmead Royal Lover. This boy was quite a surprise to me. Underneath all his coat he is nicely put together with a good reach of neck, length of back, fabulous bone & tight feet. His head is clean through with slightly more stop, nice dark eye ears a tad wind set. Moved well.
2nd, Tilley, Ingledene Dark Moon Rising Tri of a bigger type. His head is nicely moulded with good under jaw, eye a tad full for my liking, neat ears, good bone & nice feet tends to move a tad close going away.
LD, 3, (1a). 1st Hawkins, Serenlas Black Magic. This Tri boy appeals for his overall balance. Head is clean with a nice eye & neat ears, good under jaw. A tad down on his pasterns moved ok.
2nd seen in ML.
OD, 4, 1st Collins CH Tribute Bluebolero. This handsome BM appealed to me for his overall size & balance. He has a lovely clean head with a sweet eye & good under jaw, well off for bone with tight feet, he covers the ground with ease a little reluctant to use his ears but when he did wow what an expression RCC.
2nd, Lockyer, Very Spiceal Angel Silvestre at Gataj. I really liked the head on this SW clean through, neat ears which he knew how to use good under jaw to be picky I would prefer a slightly bigger eye, he is nicely balanced with good bone & tight feet moved well.
